Finca Machaca Espresso
Summary
Single-origin Bolivian coffee from Finca Machaca in the Yungas of La Paz, grown at around 1,550 masl by independent smallholder Hernando Machaca. The coffee is Red Catuai, hand-picked and processed on the farm using the washed method — sorted, depulped and fermented, then dried on the farm for about two weeks. Roasted as an espresso, it shows a full body, light sweetness and present acidity, with notes of red grapefruit, blackcurrant and almonds.
