Summary

Dark Side Espresso is a dark blend of coffees from Kalledevarapura, India and Gran Galope, Colombia. Both are washed processed and consist of Catuai, Caturra, Bourbon and Catimor varieties, grown at 1,100-1,650 masl. The cup is full-bodied with caramelly sweetness, soft light acidity and notes of chocolate, nuts, lemon, almond wood, licorice, molasses, red apple and brown sugar. Recommended for espresso.
