Summary

Colombian specialty coffee from the Peñas Blancas Coffee Processing Center in Acevedo, a community project supporting smallholder farmers under the guidance of Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara. Grown at 1600-1900 m on Castillo variety, the cherries undergo anaerobic pre-fermentation followed by slow drying on raised beds. The result is a complex, fruity-floral coffee with a clean cup profile: sweet licorice, banana ice cream with chocolate, brownie and citrus acidity. Available as Filter - Light roast or Espresso - moderné.
