Brazil Fazenda Rodomunho
Summary
Brazilian specialty coffee from the Cerrado Mineiro region, grown on the family farm Fazenda Rodomunho, founded in 1985 and run by Thiago Corsi with his brothers Renato and Rodrigo and mother Elzi. The Yellow Bourbon variety is processed naturally, giving intense fruity sweetness with dried fruit, citrus and tropical hints, berries, vanilla and nutty tones. Sweet acidity and a velvety body make it a complex yet very drinkable cup. Grown at 900-1050 m on red latosol soil, with ripe cherries mostly machine-harvested.
