Jungle Roastery

Jungle Roastery is a Slovak specialty coffee roaster with a wild heart: they’ve been turning wild beans into smooth, vibrant cups since December 2022. Instead of a classic drum, they roast on a Stronghold S8X hybrid using hot air and halogen light, which gives them precise control over every batch. They also run beans through an optical sorter to weed out defects. The current lineup leans bright and juicy—Colombian cactus-and-pineapple, Ethiopian stone fruit, Rwandan gooseberry—so filter lovers will feel right at home.
