Quebraditas Coconut
Summary
Quebraditas Coconut is a Colombian coffee from Quebraditas Coffee Farm in Oporapa, Huila, produced by Edinson Argote and family. The Castillo lot undergoes a co-fermented process: 24-hour fermentation in the cherry followed by 72-hour submerged fermentation with selected yeasts and coconut, then controlled drying. The cup shows pronounced coconut and vanilla sweetness over a Bounty chocolate base with panela richness, juicy acidity and a silky body. Recommended for both filter and espresso.
