Edwin Noreña Candy Crush
Summary
Colombian coffee from producer Edwin Noreña, a fourth-generation grower from Quindío and Head Judge of the Colombia Cup of Excellence. Grown at 1750-1900 m on the Campo Hermoso farm in Circasia, this Castillo variety lot undergoes a 72-hour honey co-fermentation with carbonic maceration, incorporating hops and dried fruits, then dries 15 days on African raised beds. The cup is intensely sweet with juicy acidity and a creamy body, showing freeze-dried strawberry, lavender, gummy candy and orange blossom. SCA score 89.
