Summary

Colombia Remolinos is a washed single-origin specialty coffee from farms in the municipalities of Pitalito and San Agustin Palestina in the Huila department of Colombia, a region known as the country's largest coffee producer with many small farms averaging 3-4 hectares. It is 100% arabica made from the Pink Bourbon variety, prized for rust resistance, high productivity and cup quality. The flavour profile features juicy ripe red orange, limes and a delicate sweet marzipan finish. Recommended espresso preparation: 9 g single / 18 g double, 94.5 °C, 30 seconds extraction.
