Guatemala Antonio González
Summary
A sweet espresso coffee from Guatemala, produced by Antonio González and his wife Eby Aracely Samayoa on the La Nueva Montana farm in the Fraijanes region. The lot is 100% Arabica of the Catuaí variety, processed using the natural method: ripe red cherries are selected, fermented briefly in sealed bags for up to 14 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds for about 20 days. The coffee offers a flavour profile of ripe blackberries, cocoa nibs, and cherries, making it enjoyable both as espresso and cappuccino.
