Colombia Pitaya
Summary
Single-origin filter coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, made from the Pink Bourbon variety and washed processed. It is a juicy, sweet coffee with a flavour profile of plums, nectarines and caramel, with a lively tropical character reminiscent of dragon fruit, panela and lychee. The coffee is sourced by importer Minga from farmers in southern Huila, where Pink Bourbon has been widely adopted for its rust resistance, productivity and cup quality. Recommended preparation: V60, 15g coffee to 250g water, 95 °C, 2:20 extraction.
