The lot features notes of limeade, tropical red fruit, and navel orange with a mouthwatering lingering acidity. Cherries are picked at peak ripeness, floated, drained for 14 hours, depulped, dry fermented for 36 hours in oak tanks, rinsed, and dried on raised beds in shade for 20 days.
