Drip Coffee Flamenco – Colombia
Summary
This is the drip coffee version of Flamenco, a Pink Bourbon coffee from Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, produced by William Cruz and Humberto Moreno. The beans are naturally processed with a 30-day fermentation on drying beds. It offers sweet and juicy flavors of candy, maraschino cherry, and cocoa, with a prolonged finish of cherry and pecan nuts. The cup has an oily body and lactic acidity that adds complexity.
