Summary
Drip coffee from Rwanda, Nyamasheke region. Produced by local farmers at Mwasa washing station, Red Bourbon variety grown at 1630m. Washed process with 8-12 hour dry fermentation and sun-dried on raised beds. Flavour notes of dried apricots, panela and nutmeg, with stone fruit sweetness. Clean and expressive cup with citric acidity and oily, juicy body.
