A limited edition specialty coffee from Colombia's Cauca region, produced at Finca Juan Martin farm. This Gesha and Microlot Variety Select coffee is grown at 2050 meters altitude and washed processed. Roasted light with a filter profile, it offers flavour notes of pomelo, elderflower, toffee, and soft green tea aromas. Awarded an SCA score of 90. Part of the Art & Coffee Series by Hi New Beans, pairing coffee with a custom music composition and visual art.

- 1.Bloom with 50 g water, let it drain within 30 seconds.
- 1:00Slowly add 120 g water in circular motions.
- 2:00Continue with another 120 g water, slowly and controlled.
- 2:45Add the remaining water up to 340 g.
- 5.Let all the water drain through.
