Mindful Beans Honduras Espresso
Summary
This Honduran coffee from the La Paz region, produced by Carlos Mejía at Finca La Valentina, offers a rich flavour profile. It features creamy milk chocolate, delicate berry notes, cooked blueberry and grape, with wine-like mild acidity and sugary sweetness. The coffee is processed using anaerobic natural method, with three days of dry fermentation and sun-drying for 12-15 days. Varieties include Red Catuai and IHCAFE 90. Grown at altitudes of 1100-1700m, this medium roast is recommended for espresso and also works well with milk.

- 5.Let the coffee drip completely, for a total time of approximately 2:15 minutes.
Since this is an espresso roast, the grind is coarser to prevent the water from flowing through too quickly and to ensure the flavors are more balanced and fuller. If the brew is too fast, try adjusting the grind to a finer setting.
