Summary
A natural processed coffee from Colombia, produced by the Asosatus association of 60 farming families in Pitalito, Huila. Pink Bourbon variety grown at 1500 meters above sea level. The cherries are picked at optimal ripeness (22° Brix), floated, disinfected, and undergo a 36-hour anaerobic fermentation in water-filled plastic tanks. Dried mechanically for 7 days at temperatures not exceeding 35°C. Tasting notes include pineapple, red fruits, and chocolate. Recommended for filter brewing.
