Harmony Roasters

Harmony Roasters is a micro specialty coffee roaster in Barcelona, Spain, born in 2021 when founder Dani swapped his motorbike for a 1kg roaster. After taking the Catalan and Spanish roasting championships, he and Agata built Harmony around a simple idea: interfere as little as possible so the bean speaks for itself. They skip the usual espresso/filter labels, sorting their single origins by sensory profile instead—whether chocolatey, fruity, or exotic. Expect carefully developed roasts, from classic profiles to experimental processes, plus an openness to sharing their craft through cupping and training. It's coffee with warmth, curiosity, and a long-term relationship in mind.
