Gesha, Colombia
Summary
A specialty coffee from Edinson Argote's Finca Quebraditas in Oporapa, Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1800 meters above sea level, this Gesha variety undergoes an advanced washed process. The cup is aromatic and expressive, with ripe peach, pineapple, candy-like sweetness, floral notes, and white chocolate. As it cools, wine or soft liqueur nuances emerge, adding depth without compromising clarity.
