Specialty coffee from the Tembo Tembo farm (Acacia Hills Estate) on the slopes of Mount Oldeani in Tanzania, near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Serengeti National Park. Produced by Leon and Aideen Christianakis at 1750-1850 masl from the Geisha variety, fully washed. In the cup it is silky and juicy with vibrant acidity and complex floral layers, with aromatic, caramelized and herbal notes of raspberry, honey, rosemary and apple. Recommended for filter.
