A decaffeinated coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1400 meters altitude. Processed using the washed method and decaffeinated with naturally sourced ethyl acetate from sugarcane. Varieties include Castillo and Caturra. The gentle process preserves clean, sweet and fruity notes characteristic of the region. Flavour notes: orange, milk chocolate, and agave syrup. Recommended for espresso preparation.
