A medium-roast specialty coffee blend consisting of 75% Brazilian and 25% Ethiopian beans. The Brazilian component comes from Minas Gerais, Fazenda Canaa, Yellow Catuai variety, while the Ethiopian is from West Guji, Uraga station, Heirloom variety. Both are natural/dry processed. The Brazilian base provides a full body and natural sweetness with chocolate and hazelnut notes, while the Ethiopian adds a mild acidity and fruity freshness. Flavour profile includes chocolate, hazelnut, and brown sugar. Designed for espresso preparation.
