Colombia – Linarco
Summary
Colombia – Linarco is a specialty coffee from the Betania farm in the Huila region of Colombia, produced by renowned Cup of Excellence competitor Linarco Rodriguez. Grown at 2000 meters altitude, this Pink Bourbon variety undergoes selective harvesting of ripe cherries, floatation sorting, and a 32-hour anaerobic fermentation before a 25-day drying process to 10-11% moisture content. The coffee offers flavour notes of black tea, green apple, and milk chocolate. It is recommended for espresso preparation (18g in, 34.5g out, 30 seconds at 93°C).
