A single-origin coffee from the Mikuba hill in the Kayanza region of Burundi. Produced by the Long Miles Coffee Project (Ben Carlson) and processed at the Heza washing station using the natural method with anaerobic fermentation in plastic tanks. The Bourbon variety beans produce a cup with honey sweetness, a dense body, notes of cherry marmalade, and an elegant citrus acidity. Designed for filter brewing.
