A washed coffee from the Kajabure washing station in Burundi, produced by small farmers as part of the Akawa Project. Grown at 1,300-1,500 meters, this Bourbon variety is lightly roasted to highlight its herbal and fruity character. Flavor notes include red apple, mandarin orange, walnut, black tea, and caramel, with a light body and silky texture.
