Decaf
Summary
Decaf is a decaffeinated coffee from Costa Rica's Tarrazu region, produced on the Don Oscar family farm by brothers Horacio and Alejandro Solis. The Catuai variety was processed using the white honey method and dried on African beds, then decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) method. Designed for Nespresso Original capsule machines, it offers delicate acidity with sweet notes of caramel and dried apples. The capsules are made of bioplastic (96% renewable substances) and are compostable.
