Summary

A honey-processed microlot of Caturra variety produced by the ACC association, based in Piendamó town in Colombia's Cauca region. The association is led by Robinson Rivera and comprises 77 smallholder members cultivating between 1,700 and 2,100 masl. Cherries are initially oxidised for 12 hours, then de-pulped and fermented for 36 hours before drying in a parabolic dryer. The cup profile shows a jammy body with stewed apricot, cherries and brown sugar. Best brewed as filter using V60, drip filter, Aeropress, Clever Dripper or cafetière, and enjoyed black.
