Summary

A natural processed Red Bourbon lot from the Cyesha washing station on the shores of Lake Kivu in Rwanda's Nyamasheke district, owned and operated by Muraho Trading Company. Grown by 470 smallholder farmers at 1460-1720 masl, the cherry is hand-sorted, floated and dried on raised beds for 50 days. The cup is silky and balanced with black tea and cherry compote notes. Recommended for filter brewing with V60, other drip methods, Aeropress, Clever Dripper and cafetière, best enjoyed black.
