Feature Filter | Bette Buna Megadu Anaerobic 96 | Ethiopia
Summary
A funky anaerobic natural processed Ethiopian filter coffee from Bette Buna's Megadu site in the Guji Zone, Oromia. Produced by Bette Buna and the Megadu community, this lot combines cultivated landrace varieties with JACR 74110 and 74112, grown at 2000-2200 masl. Cherries are sorted, cleaned and fermented in closed barrels or sacks for 96 hours before drying on raised beds. The cup is exceptionally jammy and sweet, with blueberry jam, honey and mango notes. Great for pourovers, drip filter machines, aeropress and cafetiere.
