Washed processed Ethiopian coffee from the Bookkisa locality in the West Guji Zone, Oromia, produced by smallholder growers and processed at the Bookkisa washing station owned and managed by Sookoo Coffee. Grown at around 2000 masl from local cultivated landrace varieties. The cup profile is silky body with jasmine and tangerine. Great for pourovers, drip filter machines, aeropress and cafetiere.
