Single-origin decaffeinated coffee from Huila, Colombia, grown at 1700-2200 masl. A field blend of Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo varieties, washed and decaffeinated using the sugarcane ethyl acetate (EA) process, which removes at least 97% of caffeine. Offers notes of caramel, raisin, dark cherry, and milk chocolate. Light to medium roast.
