Summary

Single-origin Ethiopian natural coffee from the Bochessa Washing Station in the Arbegona district of Sidamo, established in 2022 and supplied by 823 smallholder farmers. Grown at 2,000–2,100 masl from Ethiopian landraces, the ripe cherries are dried whole on raised African beds for 21–27 days. A light roast with intense, sparkling acidity and remarkable clarity, showing raspberry, black currant, strawberry candy and purple fruit preserves that evolve as the cup cools.
