Summary
A community nano lot blend from multiple smallholder producers in Huila, Colombia. Comprises Sidra, Java, Gesha, Caturra/Colombia, Pink Bourbon and Yellow Bourbon varieties. Washed process with yeast and extended fermentation. Light roast offering strawberry cream, nectarine and orange flavours with vibrant, clean refined fruit.

- 5.Let it draw down naturally with a light rattle after the last pour
Extraction yield 20-23%, TDS 1.35-1.55. Water 30-80 ppm, moderate alkalinity, balanced calcium/magnesium.
