Colombia Perlitas De Chiroso - Extended Fermentation Nano-lot Varietal Super Blend
Summary
A Colombian single-origin coffee from Urrao, Antioquia, produced by smallholders growing the Chiroso variety at 1600-2000 masl. This Perlitas lot combines Chiroso lots too small to export alone, processed by Cochadas with extended fermentation and washed, yielding a clean, juicy cup with orange and red fruit character. Tasting notes of orange soda, blood orange, peach and yellow cherry. Light roast suited to both filter and espresso.
