This washed coffee features Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties grown at 1650-2100 meters above sea level. It offers a highly aromatic cup with chocolate notes, a silky texture, and a delicious finish, complemented by sweet citrus fruits, mandarin, panela, nuts, and hints of vanilla. Roasted with convection in small batches, it is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
