Magic Rift is a washed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 1,500-2,200 meters above sea level. It offers a vibrant cup with refreshing acidity, citrus and floral jasmine notes, and a sweet cane sugar finish. The coffee is produced by various smallholder farmers and is roasted with convection to highlight its complex and elegant profile.
