Coffee Hackers

Coffee Hackers is a specialty coffee roaster in Barcelona, Spain, roasting small batches since 2021. They work directly with growers across 12 origins, every lot scoring SCA 85+, and they roast on a Loring S15 Falcon for precision and consistency. Single-origin bags come with full traceability and tasting notes, and fresh roasts go out weekly. Subscriptions deliver coffee to your door with no commitment, and you can also join hands-on cupping and barista workshops in their two Barcelona cafés. Their name says it: they obsess over every variable—from green bean to brew—to 'hack' a better cup. If you like transparent sourcing and coffee that's both science and craft, they're worth trying.
