Chiroso Bourbon
Summary
This limited edition coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by Linarco Rodriguez Ospina, is a washed Chiroso Bourbon variety grown at 1,800 meters. It offers a very fruity and exotic cup with great body, green mango acidity, a fresh mint touch, flower honey sweetness, and a delicious milk chocolate finish. The farm Bestania is known for experimental fermentation processes, though this lot is a traditional washed process.
