Limited Edition - Pacific
Summary
Limited edition coffee from La Plata, Huila, Colombia. Processed as a co-fermentation at Los Patios facility using Castillo cherries from smallholder producers grown at 1,600–1,900 meters. The coffee undergoes a 12-hour aerobic fermentation in cherry, then a 2-day controlled absorption with coconut and lemonade concentrate, followed by 8 days of mechanical drying. Tasting notes: coconut, dried pineapple, fig, and lemongrass. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Designed to pair with a curated City Pop playlist evoking a tropical summer feeling.
