Summary
Moonlight Blend is a modern darker roast coffee from Boo Coffee Roasters, blending a Brazilian natural Catuai and Acaia from Fazenda Daterra (Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, 900-1000m) with a wet-hulled Tim Tim and Bourbon lot from Kokowagayo Women's Cooperative (Bener Meriah, Aceh, Indonesia, 1300-1600m). Processed using natural and wet hulled (Giling Basah) methods, this coffee offers a deep, sweet, bold profile with low acidity and notes of chocolate fondant, molasses, and candied pecans. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
