Sunlight Blend
Summary
A blend of two natural-processed coffees: Brazil Cerrado Yellow Catuaí from Daterra farm (Monte Cristo) and Ethiopia Gedeb Heirloom from Lalesa Washing Station. The Brazilian component provides structure, creamy body, and chocolatey sweetness, while the Ethiopian adds gentle fruitiness and aromatic lift. Flavour notes include milk chocolate, marzipan, orange zest, and dried berries. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
