Grown at 2,000–2,100 meters above sea level, this lot consists of heirloom varieties including 74110 and 74112. The fully washed process involves controlled fermentation in water tanks and drying on raised beds for 10-14 days. The cup profile features white peach, cooked strawberry, fig, and rhubarb, with a full body and fruit-forward character designed for espresso brewing. Cupping score: 87.25.
