Starlight Decaf is a Mountain Water Process decaf coffee from Jaltenango, Chiapas, Mexico. Produced by La Tribu, a network of 65 women producers, this lot named Vayichil (meaning 'to dream' in Mayan Tzotzil) is composed of Peñazco and Bourbon varieties grown at 1650–1800 masl. The coffee was decaffeinated using the chemical-free Mountain Water Process in Veracruz, Mexico. Flavour profile features orange brightness, almond, milk chocolate sweetness, and soft stone fruits. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
