Summary
A Colombian coffee from producer Nestor Lasso, whose farm is located in the south of Colombia high up in the Andes at 1700-1800m altitude. This Natural Bourbon Sidra is a hybrid varietal combining the sweetness and body of Red Bourbon with the acidity of Typica. It undergoes a double fermentation process of 48 hours aerobic and 48 hours anaerobic. Tasting notes include grenadine and passion fruit with sweet juicy melon and a smooth silky body. Medium roast suitable for cafetiere, filter, Aeropress and home espresso.
