Summary
Washed Bourbon Aji coffee from producer Marlon Bolaños, grown in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia at 1675m. After depulping, the coffee undergoes a 12-hour open-tank fermentation, then is washed and dried on sun beds for 10-15 days. The cup is clean and juicy with pineapple and orange blossom notes and a bright, juicy acidity. Roasted very light.
