This coffee from Cafe Granja La Esperanza's Cerro Azul farm in Trujillo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, is a Geisha variety processed using the natural method. Grown at 1752-1941 masl, the coffee presents flavour notes of hibiscus, cherry, molasses, raspberry, and flowers, with medium acidity and a full, rounded body. The cherries are handpicked, fermented in open tanks for 80 hours, then dried mechanically and under the sun. It has a cupping score of 90+, making it a limited edition filter roast.
