A washed decaffeinated coffee from the Cauca region of Colombia, sourced from the Association for Peace in Central Cauca (ACC) in Piendamó. Made with Castillo variety beans, decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Decaf (ethyl acetate) process. Available as separate espresso and filter roasts. Flavour notes include kumquat, milk caramel, black tea, lemon, raspberry, and maple syrup.
