Summary

A single-variety Typica coffee from the Nogales farm in Huila, Colombia, grown at 1900 masl. The Nogales Group, a family-rooted project with a long history in coffee production, applies an advanced washed process: ripe cherries are cleaned, density-sorted, bathed in 90C water for 60 seconds, depulped dry to extract juice, then fermented for 7 days in its own sugars with pre-fermented coffee yeasts at a 1:4 ratio.
