Nogales /decaf
Summary
Decaffeinated coffee from the Nogales farm in Huila, Colombia, grown at 1770 m. The Caturra (Lot Arrayan) cherries are hand-picked, depulped and washed, then dried on raised beds. Decaffeination uses hot water without synthetic solvents, after which the beans are reinfused for about 24 hours with fermented coffee mosto to restore sweetness, body and complexity, then dried on enclosed African beds for around five days. A balanced cup profile.
