Grown at 1800 masl, this Red Bourbon variety coffee offers a delicate and balanced profile with notes of apple, cola, stone fruit and black tea. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing, it has a medium-light roast level, medium acidity, and light-to-medium body. With milk it presents a smooth caramel-like character.
