Bellavista Social Club – Peru – Filter
Summary
A blend of naturally processed coffees from multiple smallholder producers in Bellavista, Jaén, Cajamarca, Peru, sourced through Falcon Coffees. Producers typically farm 1–2 hectares each, and their lots are combined into a clean, easy-drinking cup. Varieties are Marshel, Geisha and Catuai, grown at 1600–1700 masl. Expect notes of green pear, raisin and orange, with softer pistachio and milk chocolate as it cools, giving a balanced, sweet and approachable coffee with medium body and medium acidity.
